All the fiber will mess up your gastrointestinal tract, however you will eventually adapt. A better plan would be to eat as many vergetables as you can and addd small amounts of proteins, good fats and complex carbs. Protein shakes can be added to make sure you are getting the necc required amounts. That is if you are interested in gaining/maintaining muscle mass. Why people feel like they have to go to extremes is beyond me.
