    Pulled Forearm?

Has anyone ever pulled a muscle in their forearm?

I first noticed a problem when I tried to do DB fly's on the bench. I was completely unable to hold the DB when extending into the "fly" position. I didn't really think anything of it. I didn't have any pain anywhere, I thought I was just extremely fatigued. I then noticed in the shower this morning when scrubbing down my forearm was numb(The inside, the part you would look at if doing a curl). Again, no pain.

I then proceeded to do my back workout this evening. Starting with deadlifts, I was able to do them without any problems. I struggled severely with my left side when doing lat pulls downs, and again noticed i couldn't even do a DB curl with 20lbs on the injured side. Basically all my lifts except my DL's suffered.

I find it really strange there is no pain, and the fact it is numb is kind of freaky. Anyone have any idea of what could have happened? Another injury, this is getting quite disturbing. I suppose it's time to take a couple weeks off, and maybe just work on the legs.
