Sorry if this is not posted in the right forum. It is June 1st and the reconstruction for victory has started. I will be posting daily food intake and training. Every couple weeks I will try and post pictures as well. Thanks for everyones support.
So far today
5:00am 2 scoops of Nitrotech, 1 scoop L-glutamine, Vitakic, Cryotest, Leukic.
I headed to the gym for 35 minutes of walking incline of 15 at 3.5mph. Sipped on shake during cardio. I also hit abs calves and forearms.
7:00am 3 omega-3 eggs, 1 serving greek yogurt, 2 oatmeal packets, 6oz chicken. 2 digestive enzyme pills, 1 vanadyl complex.
10:00am 1 bagel with peanutbutter, 1 banana, 6oz chicken, 2 cups spinach, 1 vanadyl complex, 2 digestive enzymes.
Thats all so far I will continue to add more as the day goes on. Thanks again for everyones support.

My 4:00pm/ preworkout meal today will be:
6oz chicken, 2ricecakes with jelly, 2 with peanut butter, 8oz milk, 2 digestive enzymes, 1 vanadyl complex.
5:00pm nanovapor, prototype, myoshock,
5:15pm cryotest, gakic, leukic
5:30pm train Back and light biceps, sip on 1 scoop of intravol, and 2 serving of glutamine.
Post workout 630pm: 2 scoops nitrotech, 1 serving celltech, vanadyl complex

lat pulldowns
low pully rope rows
high pully rope rows
db rows
reverse grip back arched pullups
Biceps:

June 2nd back and biceps went real solid last night. Todays eating schedule will look identical. The only change with be with my workout routine. Today is leg day.

My daily water in take is sitting around 1.5 gallons. I am still sitting at 201lbs as of this morning. I will also be hitting some forearms and abs tonight as well.
For forearms:
Wrist curls (nice and basic)
For abs:
Trunk twist
Rope crunches
