DP all the way.
100% on target, 100% true. From 174 to 152.2.. Vacation next week.. Im taking my 2 weeks off then back on with an extra healthy carb day. This is just a casual look, I did nothing extra to look cut or look different. I could obviously shed water if I was doing a show for a better cut but Im good at the moment. Im still going to stay on the DP boat.
Things to work on still:
Still developing the legs a bit and the weak traps. Shoulder injury is beating me down but Im pushing through it trying to make the best of what I have. Have to have the shoulder scoped this year so that will be taken care of end of 2010 here. Also hitting the abs with some heavier weight to try and work the lowers a bit more, damn those lower abs and my small structure!! Have been working on the lats as well, Ill have some more pics in a few weeks to see what happens.
I just noticed in all of these pics I have nothing showing for chest. Obviously I need to work on my posing techniques because my chest isnt so small appearing in person. Agh!
RESULTS FROM FAT TEST...
So I had my test done yesterday. The pic I posted was at 153.5lbs measured on scale at the gym, end of day. I tested the following day at 445pm minus water, sodium and little food at 152.2lbs. So basically 1lb loss in 24hr period.
6.6% Body Fat, test was done 2 times. 6.6 and 6.9 resulting from both tests. Test was machine bod pod.
% fat free mass was 93%
Fat free mass was 141.7ish lbs
Body weight was 152.2ish lbs
PIC was probably Im guessing LOW 7% fat. The extra 1lb probably netted me the mid 6% fat range Im assuming here.
The shameful thing is no matter how low Ive gotten I still dont think Its good enough. I guess thats the thing I like to call motivation. Its what keeps me going. Now Im going to enjoy my 2 weeks off and recoop..... to get ready for the next beating of course
