Just got out of a midyear review with my manager. Standard chit, we talked about what has gone well and what I'd like to work on for the rest of 2020.
After I finished talking about what went well, my boss told me, "Keep that same energy for the rest of the year."
Da fuk is that supposed to mean?

There is some application of psychology to make you feel a certain way. He identified an end point, at which time you can take a break or something? No it is all BS mind games. Pretty well done on his part though.I only read thread titles and my own posts.
