I keep seeing Bodyspace entries in which people say they can press over 100kg (220lbs) as their 1RM. I have never lifted more than about 80kg (176lbs).
Sure, I might be super-weak or something, or have tiny shoulders - but I wouldn't have thought it. So: what's your one rep max?
Oh, and if you don't go all the way down and all the way up, and use a grip that's a bit more than shoulder-wide, then you're not really the person I'm asking.
