...is not helping my fat loss.
I've stalled in my weight loss and I think it's because I'm not eating enough during the day. Some days I cave into my cravings (lately its been quite often), while other days I manage through the day without filling up with extra calories.
This is what my day looks like in a nutshell (without the offending baked goods):
Breakfast - 2 scrambled eggs, 2 walnut halves, 1 clementine
Snack - 2 tsp peanut butter with slice of whole wheat bread
Lunch - 1/2c sweet potato, 3oz chicken, 1c broccoli, 6 whole almonds
Snack - 1 tbsp hummus, 3oz baby carrots
Snack - 1 clementine, 1/2c edameme
Post-Workout: Protein Shake
Dinner - 4-6 servings protein, 2 servings vegetable, 1-2 servings fat, 1-2 servings bread/starch
Average daily calorie count = 1300-1500
What do you guys think? Has anyone else found that they stopped losing weight when calorie count became too low, even without the extra junk food compensation?
Thanks!

How much are you looking to lose? You're at a good weight so you might need to focus on a recomp or bulk instead of losing weight. If you did have weight to lose, with such little left accuracy plays a much bigger role than if you had a larger amount.
