Summary:
Fructose/Sucrose/High Fructose Corn Syrup have basically all the same negative effects on ones body as alcohol. Consumption is hepatoxic. Metabolized the same as fat. Increases insulin resistance in liver and muscle. Causes metabolic syndrome.

You forgot the part about taking massive dosages of these without exercise to induce the insulin resistance.
Anyway , it's common knowledge that HFCS (atleast it should be) is no more harmful to the body then regular table sugar
Sugars are only metabolized as fats after one has exceeeded thier caloric needsKickin your azz everytime

lol after reading up on this it does seem like a lot of it is bs, at least the high fructose corn syrup part. Apparently it is no more harmful than sugar, except that it does come into contact with some unnatural chemicals during processing, which could potentially be bad. Eating high amounts of fructose/HFCS and liver problems does seem legit though, but obviously most people on here are not drinking 6 cokes a day, or I would hope so..
