If I had to pick one and ONLY ONE I would have to go with leucine. Leucine has been shown to stimulate protein synthesis by itself!

I recommend Scivation's Xtend. It has BCAAs (valine, isoleucine, and leucine), glutamine, and citrulline malate. It's a great supplement to ingest during your workout.

bcaas are def important but of the 3, leucine seems to have the greatest effect on anabolism from wut ive read.

altho, id just focus on getting in your protein needs from food and such and not worry too much about getting in SPECIFIC aminos

Hypothetically say you only consumed Leucine. How is it going to stimulate protein synthesis when there are no free form Amino Acids in cells available to complete translation?

OP, Essential Amino Acids, google it
