Pulling All Nighter to Fix Sleep Pattern!!!
Who is with me?
My sleep pattern has been go to bed at 4 or 5am and wake up at 4pm.
So Ive been up for roughly 14hours and need to stay up about another 14.
Im gonna make a nice big breakfast in a few hours hopefully it will energize me to stay up.

Why not just take a sleeping pill at 10:00pm?

Why do people go on about sleep patterns?
I sleep when I want, and never have trouble getting to sleep/being tired.....

Because they are ineffective and don't work.

I used to have to do this once a week until I got an internship that requires me to be up at 7:00 am.

Thats wht my doctor asked me to do , stay up for 24 hours then go to bed at normal time next day, worked. But have re ****ed up my sleeping pattern since then.

I tried that numerous times, doesn't work for me.
I usually go to bed at 4 and get up at 12. I downloaded 'Sleep cycle' for my itouch and now I go to bed at 4 and get up at 930 fresh as a daisy. Best app ever.

Ya **** happens to me sometimes too.
Also I have that app only used it a few times then forgot about it. I should start using it again.
