**** just got back from my sports medicine doctor a few hours ago and it turns out the knee problems ive been having for months is because of a broken bone:O
I have a 7mm piece of bone that has broken off of my right kneecap and is just floating around causing damage/pain to my knee area (and my coworkers called me a whinner)
so i cant squat, itried deadlifts today and could only do 225X6 whereas I normally do like 225X12 as a WARMUP and so i can only really work my upperbody.
Everyone knows the most testosterone is realesed during leg workouts and squats/deads so obviously now that I am not getting hat weekly HGH boost from squat days all my other body parts are starting to lag, im just ****ing bummed out i need some cool quotes or vids or motivational words!!
