    Feedback on this stack

    Here is a run down of what I am currently taking. Does anyone have any feedback?

    3x daily
    CLA
    R-ALA
    Fish Oil

    2x daily
    5-HTP (improve mood and help with sleep regulation)

    1x daily
    calcium 600 mg
    Glucosimine

    Whey Protein shake 2x daily (morning and after wo)
    Casein shake w/ 5mg of Creatine 1xdaily
    BCAA mix pre-workout 1x daily

    Ditch the CLA, it isn't known to work. Other than that it looks fine, assuming you don't have any other vitamin/mineral deficiencies from your diet.

    I'd take the calcium 600mg twice daily or 500mg twice-three times daily, depending on your dietary calcium intake. For glucosamine, I'd do 500mg three times daily, as I believe that's the standard effective dose.
