    2x cardio a day 6 times a week?

Is it too much to do
mo: morning hiit, evening 30min cardio
tue: lifting weights+45min cardio, 30min cardio evening
wed: morning hiit, evening 30min cardio
    thur:lifting weights+45min cardio, 30min cardio evening
fri: morning hiit, evening 30min cardio
sat: lifting weights+45min cardio, 30min cardio evening
    sun: rest

i think 30min evening cardio's on lifting days are too much and ill be overtraining
will it be ok to do this? or are both ok
    i eat around 1500kcals

mo: morning hiit, evening 30min cardio
    tue: lifting weights+45min cardio,
wed: morning hiit, evening 30min cardio
    thur:lifting weights+45min cardio,
fri: morning hiit, evening 30min cardio
    sat: lifting weights+45min cardio,
    sun: rest

if you weigh 220 and eat 1500cals, then you're probably near the extreme level of caloric deficit for that weight, you could be completely fine without cardio and lose weight if this is correct.

I'd shorten post workout cardio to 20-30 mins. And unless you're burning over 3-400 calories in the evening session, its probably not worth it. And at 6 5', you should be eating more. Overall, how do you feel working out that much currently?

Yes, Way too much cardio. Your time is better spent doing higher rep weight training. unless your goal is of course to be a cardio machine.

But from a Body composition standpoint trade more weight time for cardio.
