As far as working out today I will be hitting the Back and Bicepts.

Standing easy bar curls: 3 sets 10-12 reps
Alter dumbell curls: 3 sets 15-20 reps
Preacher Curls: 3 sets 10-12 reps
Hammer curls: 3 sets 15-20 reps
30mins Cardio (Treadmil)

Meal#2 Six Star Muscle Milk Shake and a piece of fruit
Meal#3 Grilled Chicken Salad w/light dressing and Water
Meal#4 Six Star Muscle Milk Shake

I am waiting for that almighty pay check to order the NO-Beta. So this will give me an opportunity to hit it hard without supplements. Then Kick it into serious overdrive. So remember Submission NOT Optional.

Day 3
Well I just got home from work and need to go to bed to work three 12 hour shifts in a row. Between now and sunday I will maybe get 20 hours of sleep. My maine goal on my work days is to just focus on diet. Working out will be difficult. So I will most likely just do some cardio.
Breakfast: Six egg whites and Oatmeal with some diced peaches.
When I wake up for work I will take some Six Star Muscle Milkshake Protien and make my grilled chicken w/ brown rice and veggies for dinner at work.
When I'm at work I usually cook up some scrambled eggs and eat allot of apples and oranges for snack.
30 min on the eliptical

Yes, putting your starting pics on your bodyspace page is correct and the right location. If you wanted to have them viewable in your log you would save them to an external site like Picasa and then link to the pic url.

Day 4
Well I woke up in a bad mood. Trying to figure out how to schedule workout routines on my work days. We have a gym at work. If its a decent night I will try to make it. My job in Law enforcement is very unpredictable.
When I recieve my NO-Beta I will start with 2 pills in the morning and two before I workout. This will help me especially on my days off when I transition from Working at night to being awake during the day. I keep telling myself its only week one suck it up and just do what you do best. Train like a champion and you will be one. S.N.O

Day 5
Got some good sleep. Work was busy last night to say the least. In the morning I had 6 egg whites and an orange with 16 oz of milk. Really trying to work on my diet, that is where I will see my biggest results.
Waiting for My NO-Beta to arrive. I can't wait. My Shoulder is feeling good, it will be a slow progression back to heavy. It's like Lee Haney said "It's not about quantity, It's quality".
To all Double-T Sport contestance keep up the good work. You all push me. I hope I can return the favor Will be getting back to the Gym tomorrow. Sun through Wed looks like what my schedule will be for the gym. Any activity on my days off will be gravy.

Day 6
Today was Chest and Triceps. After I got some sleep. I spent some time playing with my son and was having a good Fathers Day. I gave my son a bath read him his favorite bed time story Goodnight Moon. Then it was off to the gym to forge my own story at 9 pm.
When I get to the gym I warm up with a 5 min on the elliptical. Then Go right in to my work out. I started to get some text from my wife. Now the gym that I go to is 24 hr. Right. So you need a swipe card to get into the place after hours. Well I left to get a better signal. Then realized I just locked myself out of the gym.
This was around 9:30 pm. I called my wife telling her that it is going to be a long night. That I'm going to wait for someone to lettme in so I can finish my workout. Finally at 10:45 pm the sons owner comes bye to check on the place and lets me in. And yes, I finished my workout.
BB Decline Bench 12x135, 10x155, 8x165, 6x175, 4x185
BB Bench Press 12X135, 10x155, 8x165, 6x175, 4x185
Rope Tri Pull Down 10x100, 10x120, 10x140, 10x160
DB Tri Kick Back 12x20, 12x20, 12x20, 12x20
Front Raises 12x15, 12x15, 12x20
Lat Raises 12x15, 12x15, 12x20
Rev Flys 12x20, 12x20, 12x25
15 mins on the treadmil
15 min on the Eliptical
Overall I might have to cut back on the wieght just to avoid injury to my shoulder. This is the only part that sucks because I was making such good gains in strength. When I got home, it was a protein shake and ice the the ole shoulder. I will hit it again tomorrow. S.N.O!!!!!

Day 7
Well I did just fine. I didn't get to my workout today. But I did take my first dose of NO-Beta. And let me tell you. I took 3 pills and only after about 10 mins I could feel my arms and chest get swollen. I felt this light tingle start just behind my jaw and slow progress down to my legs. It was awsome. My workout today was playing an hour and fifteen minutes of softball. And with NO-Beta I could of played another hour as well. Looking forward to seeing its performance in the gym.
