I would say about a 8/10. I'm really trying to not be so hard on myself right now. I have been keeping up with the other body challenge peeps. And they have done awesome. I still feel really under par. My wife is always yelling at me to be happy of where I am now. The thing is I look at myself and still see an flabby person. Frustrated.

On the one hand, you shouldn't get down on yourself. Love your body at every point in your transformation. On the other hand, I applaud your desire to be better. That's the mark of a dedicated, motivated individual. The hard part is finding a balance between these two ideologies. Far easier said than done.
Keep up the good work!Simp's Back: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165133671&page=1

Good morning all. Today I'm going to continue with the Cardio plan. Did some good work on the treadmill this morning. Looking to do some more around 5 or 6pm. Trying to mix it up. Doing the 3 miles with the 45lbs pack, Hiit program, running to just run And Abs, Abs, Abs. All good stuff.
