Day 15
Today was going to be Back Bi's but my family life just wouldn't have it. However, I did manage to get some cardio in. I have an eliptical at my house. It took the abuse today. I will be able to get to the gym on friday morning. So I will do my back and Bi workout then.
At the end of this I would like to change my profile name to MONGO225 that would be awsome. Well I'm off to my work week. You Men/Women out there be safe and have fun on the 4th. Try not to drink to many beers and eat too many Hot Dog and Burgers

I have a cheap one from Wal-Mart. But it gets the job done when I can't make it to the gym. I am looking forward to the transformation as well. When I meet my wife I was 215 lbs. I know that I have put on more muscle since then. But, I have put on the fay as well. 225 would be the best weight for me.
I hope I have an good 4th of july to, Its the first one Ive had off in 3 years. Put up a flag and listen to some Lee Greenwood "God Bless the USA"

I did have an awesome weekend with the family, but my wife fell and twisted her ankle pretty badly yesterday. I'm taking good care of her and out 2 daughters today though.
Yum.....Betacene is delicious! Which flavor did you get? I could seriously drink it all day long. Haha.
Testx6 is my favorite Double-T supp! Improved my sleep beyond my expectations. I had the deepest sleep while on it, and had some vivid, crazy dreams! You're gonna like it.

Sorry to her about your wife that sucks. I got the orange to start with. I would buy anything to help me sleep better. Thats cool that the testx6 helps sleep. The gym today went great. Took 4 NO-Beta before my workout I tell my son it's like gamma technoligy. Except daddy wont turn green like the hulk.
Today was Chest, Tri's and shoulder's
10min warm up
Decline Bench: 135x10, 165x10, 195x10
Decline Flys: 20x15, 25x15, 30x15
Decline Close Grip Bench: 95x15, 95x15
Standing Over head Ext: 50x15, 60x15, 80x15
Push Downs: 100x10, 110x10, 120x10
Kick Backs: 15x15, 15x15 (The burn was intense.)
Front Raises: 20x15, 25x15, 30x15
Lat Raises: 20x15, 25x15, 30x15
Rear Flys: 30x15, 30x15, 30x15
15min on treadmil 3.5 mph @ 4.5% incline Calv's were on fire by the end.
Its crazy when I'm working out now I can strart to see my muscles getting super pumped. Its really exciting. It's even more cool when your wife tells yous how good your looking and how your efforts are paying off. Only adds fuel to the fire. Can't wait for the intuduction of the other supp's. My evil plan is unfolding.

Day 20
Todays is Back, Bi's and Traps
I got some really good sleep last night. You know you hit the gym really hard when your muscles don't even get sore until the next day. But, as I said today is Back and Bi. So with the help of Double-T and my current motivation. I will be unstopable.

My bicep's are coming into there own. It like watching a child grow up. My little baby's are betting so big. Thank you Double-T. NO-Beta continues to rock my world. It has exceeded my expectations. I'm glad I joined this contest.
