I currently weight 165 lbs at body fat 18 %. I want to cut it down to atleast 14% within 2 months and I was thinking of taking Testosterone booster befre my workout.
I am eating around 1800-2000 calories at day and i take 1/2 pill of caffeine and 16mg ephedrine once a day before my workout. I also take allmax isoflex protein after my workout and try to incorporate protein with each meal i take.
Please share your expertise on Test booster along with any other fat loss tips.
Thankyou

1.) I would skip the dose of Ephedra before working out, Ephedra will constrict your blood vessels in your body and you give yourself a greater chance of suffering negative feedback. Most take 200mg of Caffeine with Ephedra...are you taking all 16mg at once?
2.) You don't need the testosterone booster. While one *might* help you hold onto more muscle during a cut, it is not needed. It would be more beneficial to run a product like Bioforge from Biotivia when you are in a caloric surplus.
3.) Eat in a caloric deficit from what your maintenace calories should be (try 3 to 5 hundred calories less), get a proper amount of protein (for your weight I'd say 130-150 grams), drink plenty of water throughout the day and lift heavy (check out rippetoes starting 5x5) to maintain any muscle you have."Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending."

A couple years back, I tried two different T-boosters.
1. Activate Extreme (divanil-based): Gave me bacne, and caused me to become horny when doing cardio - not a good thing. No other noticeable effects (like increased anabolism or fat loss).
2. Diesel Test (mostly trib, I think): Did absolutely nothing whatsoever.
I say save your money, I wish I did.Way more Xtreme Fitbitter than MissLadyJ or kureransu

Most so called test boosters have tribulus in it which has never been found to actually increase test levels.
No OTC test booster has actually been proven to raise test levels, though there is speculation about Novedex XT from Gaspari.
Novedex will show increased test levels on a blood test but it may be a false positive. The science involved in the "false posititve" theory is sound as is the science behind the manufactures reasons for saying that it does increase test. I will say that the real life results (Per BB.com users) is pretty mixed which would lead me to think it does not work. Afterall, if it really did increase test levels, pretty much everyone that took it would probably see results.Vikings--Wolves-Gophers
