Good day
Anyone got any ideas for a healthy not too expensive nutrition plan
I have been coming to bodybuilding dot com for ages now and the plans i usually see are either very expensive because of all of the meat or contains a dozen different supplements.
For 1 i would love a diet that doesn't incorporate supplements, for me its not that i have something against it, its just that atm i can't afford all these nice supplements
Anyone have some good ideas... Feel free to help me out
Thanx

Supplements are not necessary to cut fat or to bulk up, or for a generally healthy lifestyle. They are there in case an individual is not getting their necessary amount of something that they need in their diet, (ex. Whey protein in case a person is not getting enough from whole foods). You can achieve your goals with whole foods, but yes it does get expensive sometimes because of the food choices chosen. I try and head over to a store like Sams Club or Costco with a friend who has a membership to get food in bulk because it can save so much money.
A year from now, you’ll wish you started today.

the only supp you need imo is whey protien, all the other important vits and minerals your body needs to perform in the gym and grow can be found in your food if your diet is good..........
i rep back if i forget pm me and i will do it on recharge............

Well i use to gym alot then i got out of the game for a while so im kinda big but its all packed behind some fat, so essentially my goal is use my body fat to build muscle because i want to get bigger but at the same time start getting rid of the fat.
I guess a low calorie diet would suffice, any ideas?

Find a store with bulk bins. Buy oats in bulk, nuts in bulk, beans, lentils, rice. Buy peanut butter at costco. Buy sweet potatoes and whole milk at Walmart. Buy 99 cent dozen eggs. Buy cheap fryer chickens. You can bulk no problem off that stuff all day long for a couple bucks a day. It's not rocket science.

Hello everyone, i never took supplements, no proteins, nothing more than multivitamins.
I used to train using what i call "Martial Eating" which is a kind of mental training not to see food as a pleasure but as a need (as it is after all).
You can find some info in my bodyblog
What i'd suggest to lose fat and not lose your muscles is zone diet, i did it for a long time and martial eating derives from there.
If you follow it properly it allows you to access body fat to convert it to energy, changing the hormonal response in your body JUST by eating proper food at proper times with exact amounts.
Give it a check, just google for zone diet.
Hope you'll be healthy, happy and resolute next time i read from you !
Keep Fighting
