A few weeks ago. when i was doing heavy miltary presses..i think i might hvae messed up my right shoulder. Now, even if i do light exercises, i feel a sharp pain on my right shoulder, and a weird clicking noise....
Should i just rest it up? Or keep going and endure thru the pain..

If it hurts, see a doctor. Actual pain (not soreness) makes it more likely that something is wrong.
No one here is going to diagnose you over the internet. Best to see a professional and make sure you don't injure yourself permanently over something that could've gotten better with a few weeks rest.-

ill diagnose you! lol take a week off... no weights no nothing... you should be able to tell if you REALLY hurt it, say a tear or something. most likely could be an impangement (sp). take some time off let it heal and let it rest.. when you get back into it incorporate some warmup sets. and adequate warm up
There is no such thing as over-training... only under-eating!
Ill Rep back (post "rep back" in comment)
