    Feeling sleepy on a cut

This is the first time I have gone on a cut so pardon me if I am asking a stupid question. I'm 4 weeks in and I feel very sleepy throughout most the day. My body almost always feels tired and whenver I lie down for a while, I just go to sleep. However, my workouts are not affected and I have even been increasing the weight on most of my lifts. My diet consists of quite a lot of whole-grains/protein to sustain energy levels so I don't think it's due to my diet. Is feelign sleepy on a cut normal?

If your depriving your body of calories (ENERGY), I'd think that theoretically you'd start to feel "sleepy".

or if u have just cycled off of a pre-workout/energy supplement, that could also be another reason. If not, probably just sleep and calorie intake
