So far I been doing a 3 day split, but since it's summer and I have more free time I'm thinking about a 5 day split. I just wanted to get you opinions on the 5 day split.
5 Day Split
Monday- Chest and Triceps
Tuesday- Back and Biceps
Wednesday- Legs and Shoulders
Thursday- Chest and Triceps
Friday- Legs and Biceps
BTW this is my current 3 day split
Monday- Chest and Triceps
Wednesday- Legs and Shoulder
Friday- Biceps and Back

I know it's kind of a repeat, but I just want to work my upper body twice a week. Since starting to workout my legs have really improved and my squat has gone up a lot. But my bench and other upper body lift pretty much stayed the same. That's why I want to work it twice a week.
I'm not working the same muscle 2 days in a row. So maybe the recovery time should be fine

BB Bench
BB Rows
Shoulder press
Dips
Tricep pushdowns superset with weighted crunches
Day 2: Lower
Squat
SLDL
Lunges
DB shrug superset with calves
Day 3: Off
Day 4: Upper
Incline BB bench
Chins
DB bench
DB rows
Hammer curls superset with weighted crunches
Day 5: Lower
Deadlift
Goodmornings
Step ups
Hyperextensions superset with calves
Days 6,7: Off
