Anyone know of any good exercises you can do in your home for you thighs, Quadriceps muscles, Hamstring muscles. This seems to be my worse area, as I can't do squats because of my back at the bottom is bad at the moment. thanks in advance.

Do not pray for an easier life, instead pray to be a stronger man
I do not want to become stronger, faster, or better. I want to become the strongest, the fastest, and the best.

How about some sprints? I remember someone telling me that 'spot' training is a myth, and I believe it. But that doesn't mean focusing on a muscle group is futile.
I think, though, that the OP should do whatever exercise DOESN'T HURT. Pick one, hell, pick TEN, to do at home, and do them until you own them.

Well you're not supposed to be able to spot reduce fat, however if it is her worst area then she does need to focus on it more.
One thing though guys half those exercises, the OP is not going to be ale to do at home.
OP - If you are working out at without weights or anything like that, then can I suggest you pick your exercises and do them in a circuit. Do them for time, a 1 minute on each, 5 minutes total before rest. That will give you 5 exercises, then move onto a different circuit. You can make up 4 circuits, that will give you a 20 minute workout. Try and get through your circuit twice. You should be pushing yourself pretty hard.Perfection in mind, perfect body!
