    Eggs in Porridge?

I've recently read a bodybuilder mixes in egg whites with their oats & whey to make a porridge.

Has anyone tried this & what does it taste like? Could you even use whole eggs to increase fat intake?

I'm always looking for ways to increase protein and fats at breakfast and would be hendy to combine all into a porridge/sludge mix which actually tastes ok!

depends if you need the extra calories or not. If you do, whole eggs would be fine, if not egg whites would be okay also. I have eggs/egg whites in my oatmeal everymorning. Of course I hard boil them

Thats what i do when i make my oatmeal for pre workout. I cook my oatmeal and when it is almost done i add some egg whites and let it cook for a little while. It tastes really good and is really thick.

First , lol to this ^

and second, you could just put the eggs on a plate of their own and the protein in a glass and the oatmeal in a bowl. Why would you have to shove it all in one bowl?
