Not. Just figured he was spamming again. Checked his posts, and he loves posting in the teen sectoin (although he is supposedly 26).
The first times he posted in Exercises, Teen Bodybuilding, and MMA. Then 2nd time was Exercises and Teen bodybuilding. This time it is Exercises, Teen Bodybuilding, and Sports. Everytime it was never well received, and yet somehow, everyone ass is a bunch of as*holes who need to learn some respect for his awesomeness.

Ya Kegel to answer you original thread question you can get ripped from doing that stuff..... You should vary your exercises so your not doing it the same way each time though. You dont need high reps to tone. Your cardio will cut your bodyfat % while you build up your muscles with reps of 8-12 per exercise.
