    Cardio Pre or Post workout?

Alright guys, Basically what I do is train at the gym 4-5 times a week... I normally do 20-30 minutes of cardio preworkout.. moderate hiit for 20 minutes ( 12 mph jog for 1 minute, 6 mph walk )... last 10 minutes = 6 mph walk... weight training after 1 hour 15 mminutes to 1 hr 30 minutes... Total workout time about 1:45-2 hours...

Basically what I do is I dont have a preworkout shake, I take my shake immediately after cardio and then proceed to lifting weights and then take some oats / shake after reaching home... I was reading on simply shredded.com that it is better to do cardio POST workout? Promotes fatloss way more than preworkout? Need some tips.

you burn your energy when you do cadio pre workout. As a consequence you wont be able to heavy lift efficient enough.Thats why cardio after workout is an option for me

I feel cardio pre workout affects my weight lifting performance, whereas cardio performance post workout is not effected much by the weight lifting.

Don't really care about the science behind glycogen depletion or whatever. But hey whatever works for you.
