anyone got a bf% estimate for me? 15%?
obvs first is the old one from about 2 months ago where i ate about 1600 cals a day (and had done for around a year -srs-)
2nd is flexed, 3rd is unflexed and 4th a rubbish shot of my scrawny back. ---> i dont know how to pose <---- (SRS)
The lighting was good in these pics, you can hardly see my abs when the lighting/angle is not very good
I lost my data on computer so no before pics unfortunately.
thanks

To be honest and straight forward you need to gain more weight. You still look skinny.
You need to gain more, honestly eat like a madman whenever you can , followed by weight gainer of your choice and dont smoke or do too much cardio .
JUST EAT . Try Quickmass , I used to be your weight about few years ago and I drank it for a month followed by eating and I gained 15lbs in a month, I was bulked. Im those type who eat but never gain.
but yea the food , eat alot , whenever you can + 3 daily shakes helped alot. I guarantee 10-15lbs in a month.\
You have a good structure and arent anorexic but just still a bit skinny.
Gluck bro , Keep it going.

i got down to about 110 in august last year, at 6ft still. My parents then basically force fed me up to about 150lbs (which obvs got me fat with no muscle cos they wouldnt let me work out) so then i secretly went on another diet and got down to about 125lbs and started working out.
Then about a couple of months ago i started actually eating whilst working out.

Alrighty then....I'll throw out a comment. As a fellow ecto (super-ecto when I was your age) your pictures show very little to no change. Don't get discouraged. You are pretty young. The good news is that you can start going ahead and lifting heavy and going on a mass gainer program. No need to worry about stunting your growth since you are already a 6 footer. Lift heavy, eat eat eat and concentrate on protein. Trust me...you have some hard gains in front of you but the diet and the mental part will be the hardest parts. Ready? Best of luck.

You are tall and lean....and you are telling us at this age that you are having a hard time packing on size. Makes you sound more ecto. You are still pretty yound so who knows what might happen with your growth spurt. Maybe you are an endo ready to pop. TRUST ME...the good news is that you are already 6 ft plus. You will fill out. You aren't super skinny for your age. Your best years are definitely ahead of you. You have a lot going for you.

it's only been 2 months. that's not very long. the big guys on here have been at it for years. i totally agree with ericcasas, it's gonna take a long time -- and the hardest part is the mental (and diet) struggle.
i'm a fellow skinny guy (even skinnier?) and i have a hard time adding muscle mass. best advice i can give is just stick with it and do everything meticulously. make sure you're doing it 100% perfect -- and even then, i wouldn't expect to see big changes quickly.
if you're getting frustrated, you could try to just focus on strength (and eating, of course), in which case the mass gains will follow if you're eating enough. focusing on strength might help give more motivation, since you can see progress (basically) each workout.
good luck dudeman!

SORRY, dude.....You weren't ever anorexic. I was 19 and 6'2" at 115 lbs. Bones. I was anorexic. You are simply slim and trust me, when metabolism slows down, you will be fine. If you want to be beyond fine, then keep working hard. That being said, I joined the military at 19 with a doctor's waiver (because I was way too skinny for military requirements) but I was never weak. I was stronger and had more endurance than most of my company. It's all in your mind. If you don't believe that...then let me quote Yoda....."That is why you fail." It's a head game....eat...protein and lift heavier than you are lifting. You 'say' you are lifting heavy, but if that weight was a car crushing your family member...would you lift it??? TRY AGAIN. (sorry for being harsh.)

im doing a half body split 4x a week atm. it was written by n@tural 1 and is in the workout forum section somewhere. it is similar to his popular 'a favourite of mine that hits each bodypart 2x a week'. I was previously doing starting strength but i stalled on that and i dont know why so i changed to this.
