6 days on is probably overdoing it. I dont think major muscle groups 3 days in a row is much good. You could get away with chest, back, arms on consecutive days but not chest, back, legs.
I think 2 days then a rest day is good. You dont have to be hitting the same muscle the same day every week.

'oh well you should be on a 3/4/5 day split , otherwise you will overtrain.
I say that (altho somewhat it could be true) you are the only one to decide and know if you are actually overtraining or not.
Just go out there and see what happens, if you think you can handle it (which i am SURE you can , if you watch your diet and get some extra sleep plus we are teens celular activity is like 5x than 25+yos) then keep on doing it, if not then change it up.word.

OP you can tain 6 Days a week. Eat enough and look into foam rolling.
IMO take a day off after every 3 days in a row. But Its fine how you're doin itCurrent Goal (Sept 14th)

naw you're fine with 6 days a week if you feel your body can ahndle it. just make sure you eat properly and get enough sleep. i was doing 7 days a week before but then switched over to 6 days when i found that i responded better with one day off. right now my split is...
legs
chest/little triceps
back/little biceps
shoulders/traps
legs
arms
HIIT
repeat
been seeing awesome results on this. abs are done a lil bit everyday aswell. it really is just understanding your own body though and figuring out how it responds best. good luck OP
