    7 month cut. Bulk or keep cutting???

    7 month cutting progress.

    Considering it is summertime... should I cut until I see good ab definition or start bulking??

    No offense to OP but sooo many posters think that going on a diet is a cut. You should still be hitting the gym hard and lifting a lot only taking in less calories. You should have more muscle mass if that were the case. Just sayin. EXCELLET DIET!! Hard to lose weight like that so that shows some will power.

    I did a very short 7 week mass plan in between and gained 7lbs but it does still seem like a long time for only a 10lbs difference but I kept seeing progress in the mirror so I kept going.
