Been a busy week, hopefully today is light. Upper body heavy bench after work today, might go for a run too. Saturday going to be brutal though, got a muay thai / jeet kune do class in the morning and then legs at some point during the day plus yardwork. Will become one with the couch on Sunday though.

lol Had a conference call yesterday. One of the guys sitting next to me fell asleep; I had to wake him up. Nobody gave him a hard time though because he's generally one of the best workers.
