What do YOU prefer when cutting

30+ minutes of medium intensity cardio nearly every day along with a BB split or HIIT for 10 - 20 minutes?

Doing 45 minutes stationary bike 6 days a week and a 5 day bb split but thinking about changing it up next week and wondered what the majority of you lot have found to work.

As long as you're in a caloric deficit, you'll be fine. Personally, I enjoy sports. I can play basketball for 2-3 hours at a time, but will never be able to run on a treadmill that long. Make it fun and you'll be golden. When I'm not playing sports, 25 minute run 2-3 times a week usually does the trick.
