    Can I still lift 5 days a week on keto? (also a couple other questions)

    My split now is basically major muscle group a day mon-fri, is this ok?


    If i'm working out so often should I still wait 14 days before I carb reload? (im new to keto only on my 3rd day) or should I do it the first week?


    Also, how long does it generally take to go into ketosis? (ive done my research but for some reason couldnt find this general question)

    Yes. I work out 4 out of every 6 days. So 5 days some weeks and 4 others. And I'm losing weight.

    Listen to your body, carb up when you need to. It might be 14 days, it might be 10, it might be 7. Only you will know.

    I think its 2 or 3 days for ketosis. Could be 1.5 days, depends on the individual.

    I lift 4-5 days a week with split routines.

    I would still wait two weeks the first time

    1-2 days. Might take longer when just starting keto though. As you get used to it, the transition usually happens quicker.

    I workout first thing in the morning and take one scoop of Whiteflood 20-30 min before. 0 carbs


    Post - 1-2 carbs in 1 1/2 - 2 scoops of Scivation whey in water.

    I keep my carbs to veggies and my carb-ups.
