My split now is basically major muscle group a day mon-fri, is this ok?
If i'm working out so often should I still wait 14 days before I carb reload? (im new to keto only on my 3rd day) or should I do it the first week?
Also, how long does it generally take to go into ketosis? (ive done my research but for some reason couldnt find this general question)

Can I still lift 5 days a week on keto? (also a couple other questions)

Yes. I work out 4 out of every 6 days. So 5 days some weeks and 4 others. And I'm losing weight.
Listen to your body, carb up when you need to. It might be 14 days, it might be 10, it might be 7. Only you will know.
