    MMA Beginner

I just started traing MMA and i was wondering what type of training i should utilize. I already have a gym where I learn plenty of techniques and develop my skills, I just need to know what kind of physique and fitness traing that would best commendate me.

    Reworded

Sorry let me rephrase that my last post. I will be moving to conroe where my coach awaits me. The only problem, is I don't know how long it's going to take me to move out there. In the meanwhile i'm getting my training from a group of amatuers who mainly study BJJ, which isn't bad but it's not like they're coaching me. I don't even get enough time with them in the week to really capitalize the training exercise. So i'm asking anyone who knows anything on the subject, to help me out by giving some advice in training regiments for: strength, speed, and cardio. p.s. I'm a lightweight guy
