Hey lads, been here since i was 13-14 and learned alot - long journey but nowhere near the finish line. With my time range this transformation really isnt impressive in the slightest but I haven't posted here in too long so please give me any comments, cheers!

not bad. Honestly though, for 4 years i thought id expect a lot less bf, but those were your teen years, so i'm assuming you could get away with a little fat without putting that fat on. Anyway. Back looks nice. Chest and abs could do some work, mainly chest. Legs not bad. Need to see calves.
All in all. Less bf and some more prominent chest would make it look fine.

you could have made much better progress imo, even in 2 years, but progress is progress
delts and upper pecs are algging compared to everything elsesig line can't be a novel crew. and I'll be banned if I make it a novel again
