dymatize is better value so i have it subbed on amazon ... 29 bucks shipped every 2 months? It doesn't get any wiser than that especially when each tub lasts me a little over 2 months.

I use Dymatize and I really like it, price and taste. I used to use optimum though, I woudn't say either one is better than the other. Neither one is going to give you better results really though, they're both just whey protein.

price doesnt matter, as long as i get good quality whey protein

With that said both are amazing products and do a comparable job. Optimum adds ingredients to help digest while Dymatize has a bigger protein percentage per scoop. What is more important to you, absorption or # of grams?

I do not think picking one over the other will make a significant difference, if at all. I have previous experience with both brands (though I haven't tried Dymatize ISO's flavouring system, just the concentrate) and I prefer ON 100% because I liked the taste better and I had more faith in the brand.

True, BUT the 24g in Dymatize comes from a 32.4 gram scoop whereas in ON the helping size is 30.4g
Which makes ON more concentrated.
BUT then again, Dymatize cheaper in price.
So at the end of the day its the same thing

don't get sucked into all these high tech protein stuff, even though it goes like this, whey protein concentrate<whey protein isolate<hydrolised whey protein, basically just buy any whey protein that is cheap, and make sure it has at very least 23 grams of protein per 30 grams POWDER

Hi there,

I have tried a fare share of whey proteins to comment, here, from Myofusion to BSN, to Pro-labs, so here goes, Dymatize is the way to go when compared to ON, ON is overrated, the taste is good, awesome set of flavors, but taste is not we are talking about here, there are 9.1 because of these people who love the taste of these things, which is defeating the purpose. And about the grams of protein per scoop, Dymatize is solid, no issues here, just get Dymatize, its cheap, better in fact, in terms of results, and the flavors are decent compared to a lot of other proteins out there, flavor wise ON is king, and thats the only reason why they are ahead of Dymatize in terms of ratings.
