Could try it. Alot of people do seem to like it. If that doesn't do the trick I would try bulk cissus as well and see how that works for you.

Is there pain associated with the cracking? My joints crack constantly and I've researched that as long as there is no pain, there is nothing wrong with it.

i cracked from everywhere and animal flex helped me a lot.. had pain on my knees and wrists felt pretty weak.. im happy i can squat and laugh again with the company of my loved ones, thanks animal flex you changed my life!

Animal Flex is indeed geared towards helping your joints, but what may work for one might not work for the other. I personally had great results with Animal Flex, but there is no guarentee it will help you out though.

Animal Flex is the best all around joint supplement you can buy. If for some odd reason it does not work for you, try adding Super Cissus RX. It will take a few weeks for the Animal Flex to really kick in. It really helped with my elbow and both wrists.
