    few questions

    1. Does anyone get headaches when starting out carb cycling if so how long do they last?

    2. Does low carbs make it so you retain less water? I'm on my second no carb day and pissing like a race horse.

    3. I'm thinking of taking my cals down to 1800 since at 2200 I'm pretty full. Since I'm 260lbs would that be a problem?

    1. Yup. Few days to a week.
    2. Yup. BIG water losses the first week on low-carb/keto. Reason why so many people are fooled into believing Keto is more effective
    3. No, it wouldn't be a problem unless you're 260 @ 10% bodyfat. If you have a large amount of fat on you, you have very high levels of blood lipids and you should take advantage of that. 1800cals can get you quick results, but be careful not to starve yourself and rebound by binging for days on end or quitting alltogether.

Beautiful man thanks! So I was thinkind of doing carb ups on saturday and tuesday so I'm not tempted to cheat. I always failed before because the fourth day my head would hurt so bad I would binge.
