Hey Guys,
So I had a quick question.
I basically eat 99% healthy. I used to do a "cheat" day every Saturday but found that just made me feel like crap all the time.
The worst things eat now are a couple squares of dark chocolate here and there and some like 90% organic baked tortilla chips.
Anyway I found myself really missing pop (soda, whatever).
I basically just made do, had one bottle of Coke Zero in like 2 months.
But yeah, I found these "Juice Spritzer" things.
The ingredient list is really short, which is always good.
They are just carbonated water and one or more types of concentrated juice, no added sugar.
They taste pretty good and definitely satisfy the pop craving.
I've just never been clear on if concentrated juice is "bad" for you or just not as good for you as non-concentrated.
Hope you guys can answer this.
FYI: I won't be drinking these all the time, one a day MAX (small cans).
Thanks!

Juice from concentrate can have added sugar, because the concentrate itself may have sugar added to it. So the Juice can claim "No Sugar Added" because the only ingredients are Water, juice from concentrate, ascorbic acid. They hide the fact that the concentrate had sugar added. "We didn';t add any sugar" Apple juice is one of hte ones that does that the most. Not all concentrates have sugar added, but if you are worried about it, just know its there. The nutrtion label should still be accurate, so if you are worried about macros thats fine. Personally I just had this morning Tropicana pure premium OJ, mixed with some German sparkling mineral water, delicious.

OK all good replies.
Good to know about the added sugar to concentrate.
I may look into the juicer thing for sure.
I'm not terribly concerned about my macros.
I wish they'd list the type of sugar on the Nutrition Info thing. Like 30g fructose, 10g sucrose, that sort of thing! I'm not concerned about natural fruit sugars.
Anyway thanks for the info guys!-You have to do what others won't to achieve what others don't.
