i wrestled for 4 years in hs and would bulk during the summer then over the course of the season i got a little weaker from cutting weight and i only had a powerade after practice since i wasnt into nutrition as much as i am now. im around 185 now and when/if i get to 174/165 im gonna get back into it at my community college since i miss it a whole lot.
what would be a good post-workout recovery drink for high intensity cardio such as wrestling?
