I hit rock bottom this past winter. Beer and burgers. Got about to my highest weight all time and def highest fat percentage. I am down to about 180lbs. bf??? But I still have a long way to go. I so bad want to get rid of this flab in my upper body. Everything else seems to be solid. I just dont know if I keep cutting the fat away with dieting and p90x. Or start eating more and hitting the weights harder??? Please all advice is huge!!!
