    Is there any harm in boiling the the egg vs raw for protien, can't deal with the raw egg, but looking to increase protien so eggs are an option along with a protien (whey) podwer

    It's been stated before but i think the bioavailability of the raw egg is at 45% vs cooked at 96% or something close to those numbers.
