I'm 19, 5'11 ,about 190 and around 15-16% bf.
I play basketball for an intramural team and I want to be as lean as I possibly can by the end of two months while losing the least muscle I can. I definitely wouldn't mind gaining muscle during the process but understand its pretty tough to gain much, if any.
I would really appreciate someone help me out with a 2 month plan
right now this is what I have.
Include cardio for 30 minutes/3 sets of abs every morning before breakfast and the actual workout is in the afternoon
M & TH - Chest/Tricep / cardio (30 minutes)
T & F - Back/Bicep / cardio (30 minutes)
W & S - Legs/shoulders / cardio (30 minutes)
SU - basketball (2-3 hours)
im planning on taking muscle milk shakes 3X a day, glutamine, bcaa, animal pak (multi V), NO explode for pre workout
Need help with my diet/food intake
also should I take a fat burner like hydroxycut?
