So I leave for Iraq in about a month or so and I have some free time. I am going to track my workouts the best I can on here. I currently weight around 151, it fluctuated. I have been back in the gym for a few months and I am making good progress. My goal is to get to a consistent 155 before I leave. I am going to start another journal when I get settled in in Iraq and see how much progress I can make in one year.

Please, feel free to comment on anything that I am doing. Make suggestions, ask questions. I am trying to improve and I like constructive criticism. I know there wont be much of a difference in one month but I will post before and after pictures. I will see if I can dig up some pictures of before I started lifting also.
Today is chest/bi's. I drinking a shake with oats in it right now and I am leaving for the gym in a few minutes.
