So I leave for Iraq in about a month or so and I have some free time. I am going to track my workouts the best I can on here. I currently weight around 151, it fluctuated. I have been back in the gym for a few months and I am making good progress. My goal is to get to a consistent 155 before I leave. I am going to start another journal when I get settled in in Iraq and see how much progress I can make in one year.

Today is chest/bi's. I drinking a shake with oats in it right now and I am leaving for the gym in a few minutes.
Workout felt good. This is my first day taking the m-stak and xtend. I had tons of energy during my workout. I was pacing the gym between sets because I couldn't stay still.

I really start to feel these when I go a little heavier.
Overall, it was another good workout. I brought my wife with me to the gym and I was showing her some lifts between sets. I also had her watch my form on deadlifts after showing her some videos and what it should look like. So far, just based on my energy and intensity levels during my workouts, this stack is working pretty well. Tomorrow is a rest day so I will see if Xtend helps much with recovery or not.

I did this workout without taking Jack3d preworkout. I took the stim pill in the m-stak instead to see how well it worked. I was tired about halfway through the workout. Not fatigued, just sleepy tired. So, Jack3d works well for me.
I weighed myself after I got home from the gym and I weighed 155.6. So, I reached my goal after 4 days.
