    UGH ! Disappointed.

    Mannn ! im disappointed. I been tryna eat all and healthy. but crap man ! i didnt even lose a pound... -_____- . i feel like quitting !! UGHH ! I am tryna get to 150... im currently at 165

    Unfortunately, it just takes time. I feel the same way. I want it off NOW. But stick to it (talkin' to you and me). Eventually you'll be happy you did.

    Now.
    Are you drinking massive amounts of water?
    If no, then you may be retaining water.

    Did you eat a lot of salt or carbs recently?
    If yes, then you are probably retaining water.

    What do your cals look like in comparison to your LBM? Are you tracking your food intake?

    OK. Please give it time. It's hard. But it's the only thing that works. Good diet and time.

    but then what do you mean by "trying" to eat healthy, and how much different is that from actually eating healthy?

    Just because you're eating "healthy" doesn't mean you're eating less calories than you need for the day. As others have said, there are other factors that come into play such as cardio and lifting. The amount of effort you put into your diet(calorie deficit), routine, and motivation will greatly determine the results you get.

    Count your calories, bust your ass in the gym, and stay motivated.
    When everyone else has quit because they can't go on are you willing to push yourself to the next level?

    If you ain't breaking a sweat, you ain't doing sh....
