First Dose of Jack3d... tingles in face and neck, normal? Aware me! (srs)
Combined USPlabs PowerFULL and Jack3d (first time using) this arvo for pre w/o dose. 2 sec prior to hitting the weights i had odd tingles in my face, neck and tops of shoulders. Ive read about this on here before but cant find thread... this sh|t normal or what? I dont have any reaction other than what is expected from PowerFULL so im curious.
I havent got much but happy to rep legit responses.
p.s: tingles did go away by end of workout but still quite suprising.

Happened to me as well but only when I upped my dosage. If it bothers you, you can always cut back a little and adjust it to what feels best for you. When I only took one scoop didn't feel it but when i went to two or two and half i would notice it.

It wasnt uncomfortable enough to bother my session, i had 2.5 scoops ish. Raged on the weights and after a couple of sets i was amped enough not to care.
repped.

np. For a lot of people the longer they take beta alanine the less they feel the tingles even to the point they disappear altogether so that might happen to you.

Ahhhh, I remember my first beta-alanine tingle. Those were the days. Perfectly normal, OP.

Beta-alanine, as everyone else said. Niacin can cause similar symptoms, google "niacin flush".

Was great value, just didnt read about the tingles anywhere on the box. Tonights workout should be swell since i know what to expect.
