    How to perform T Bar Rows without a T bar row machine

    Hello everyone, I got problem in my gym, there is no T bar row machine so I never tried doing it, but I saw a video of a guy doing it with a barbel and a really heavy dumbell in the back kinda Holding the barbell , I tried this yesterday and It didnt work , the barbell kinda wiggles and moves every time I do one rep , any tips on how to place the db and bb ?

    I usually just put it in a corner.
    Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

    I put one of those squat neck pads underneath the end, and put it against a machine's frame. Or you can use a towel.

    This. If the weight gets high you can have another stand on it or do what I do and put another heavy db on the bar in the corner.
