I just started to decide to lose weight and be more determined. Anyways I'm looking at food labels now etc.
I'm 150 pounds 5'6, and lately i've been doing many kinds of crunches/leg lifting/planks/Regular squats/push ups. Does these exercise help to lose belly fat? I don't want to do any kind of cardio.
