    Question confusion

    Hi. I've been training for 4 months now. I am kinda a newbie in supplement section. I've been using whey proteins, well I wanted to bulk up. And as a matter of fact, it did good job. But today, I just bought creatine monohydrate. But am not sure how to use it.. I weigh 143lbs as compared to previous 132lbs.

    Take 5g/day. No loading phase, no cycling. Drink plenty of water and keep a consistent caloric surplus.

    btw.. is creatine good for losing fat?! am currently having 12.8% bf.

    In order to lose fat, you need to decrease calories. And yes, creatine would be good to help you maintain strength.

    @train7daysaweek .. lol i know.. but i hardly smoke now.

    @so-tex .. Great!! So will it help me gaining lean mass? I hope so and am also taking whey's pre and post workout..
