Hi. I've been training for 4 months now. I am kinda a newbie in supplement section. I've been using whey proteins, well I wanted to bulk up. And as a matter of fact, it did good job. But today, I just bought creatine monohydrate. But am not sure how to use it.. I weigh 143lbs as compared to previous 132lbs.
