im starting to use creatine tomorow , for the loading phase i am goin 2 to take 5 grams 3 times a day but i am unsure of when to take them is this okay
8:00 wake up
11:am 2nd meal of the day then i was planning to have 5g's of creatine here
11:30 i get to the gym and start my workout
1:15 leave the gym
then i would have my next dose of creatine then
and then take the last 5 g's around 9pm
also how much water should i mix 5 g of creatine with ?
I'd probably suggest one in morning, one hour or two before workout and one hour or two after (it can be hard fitting in protein shakes too..) tablets can be okay, but doses smaller.
