Hi i am 150 lbs and 5 ft 8 and I just started Starting strength this week. How much weight gain should I aim for each week? I already gained 1 lb after 5 days. What should i shoot for?

This guy averaged 2.6 lbs a week on rippetoes. Amazing gains, though a little more bodyfat then optimal, imo.

Id aim for about 1.5 ish lbs a week if you are relatively untrained.In the pasture of life, don't be a cowpie.
