Almost getting to the shape and physique I need in order to perform believably. I've used many time honored strategies from BB.com and M&F to (fortunate) first hand tips from the likes of Bret Hart and Booker T to gain that "thickness".
I'm currently cutting, following the great advice of some cool people on this forum, and hoping to gain a little more vascularity and definition, but we'll see where it goes.
Just throwing this out there. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

That's cruel, brother! Are you saying I'm fat? I have to be thick. It's tough finding that balance between 'built' as a wrestler, and keeping bodyfat somewhat low. It just wouldn't work for me to be leaned out.
As for the mask, it's a chance to learn and do some jobs in front of the house without any longterm damage to name and product next year. It was custom made so I'll definitely be keeping it.

Good wrestling look IMO. Further improvements will just come with time, by adding more muscle under it. So be patient. But you look good for what you want to do IMO.
Your bodyspace upper body lifts are OK, but lower body are rather weak. Are they up to date? Might wanna post a lower body pic as well if you want feedback on that.
